What are your payment terms?

Before we start working on a clients project, we will require a retainer amount paid in advance. For retainer fees above US$ 250,000, the client can pay in 25% increments or by milestone achievement(s).

In the rare cases where we agree on post-paid compensation, we will still have to pre-authorize the client's bank card for % of the retainer amount. This guarantees at least partial compensation in the event the client fails to pay the full invoice amount upon contract delivery on our end.
